Arrive at the field at least 45 minutes prior to the first game. 30 minutes prior to the other games. Please plan for traffic, finding a parking spot, etc. Players should be ready to go.

Bring lots of water. Get lots of rest the night before games. Eat healthy foods. Energy will be critical for performing in tournaments!
